Let's just call this my blue period. Poker Perspectives is morphing. Whether or not the domain pokerperspectives.com goes on the block remains to be seen. If it does it will be insanely over priced and I wil not negotiate. Right now the majority of folk link to me via kebzweb.com which is the domain indexed and rank by the search engines. I have very few readers, so I'm not that concerned anymore with ranking and such. It's only important for the few ads I get.
So any way... let's move on.
Friday I spent the better part of the day researching background on the Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act (UIGEA). I'm not a journalist, so putting all of the information together and giving it my perspective is proving to be a daunting task. I have opinions - and rather that just throw them out there, I want to back them up and offer my ideas for solutions. So if - and it's a very big if - the post sees the light of day, it will be a while before it does.
Sigh.
Sometime last week I was at the home computer when I heard a sickening crash come from the other room. Immediatly all the the things dear to me that are breakable flashed across my pea-sized brain. Fortunately, it was only a glass that Ms. Melba cat had knocked off the counter. It had shattered into a hundred pieces, hence the sickening sound.
Sort of like my poker game. It's shattered into a hundred pieces. I don't think super glue will help.
