Just blew through the $25 Empire gave me to come back and play. And the .72 I had remaining there. Sheesh.
Gotta mention this now before my fellow Okie-Vegas denizen kick me out of the club. Gary is cooking up an O-Vegas gathering to take place in a few months. Count me in - at least for the casino visits and tourney action (not much of a camper). I'll even propose a pre-Thunderbird bbq here at chez Maudie. The T-Bird has moved the poker room again, by the way. They now have 14 tables in the old poker room and tournaments are supposed to start "soon." However there isn't much of a choice in games - 3/6 limit, 1/2 nl, 2/5 nl, omaha and the occasional 5/10 nl. They do have a bad beat jackpot - of which my table was one card off of winning it the other night - and a royal flush jackpot.
