Joanne has been sharing her journey on the tournament path. She's had a stretch of success in tournaments and I'm finding her story very interesting - give it a read.
The Donkey Feltchers didn't mess around last night in our Euchre bracket with Team Lefty- it was all or nothing for us. And I am proud to announce we nailed the nothing in true Donkey Feltcher fashion* - booyah! Congrats to Team Lefty - now it's up to you guys to go all the way and win, win, win!
[* many thanks to partner Matty for his graciousness to his Euchre challenged partner 8^) ]
I attempted a penny Pot Limit O8 game at Poker Stars with a few of the "gang" last eve - I have no business even sitting in that car, let alone driving it. Me + O8 = disaster.
Also sweated Mr. Otis while he negotiated the tricky waters of the Party Poker Super Tuesday NL tourney. His last hand was painful to watch as he pushed and his opponent let the clock run down. At the last second he called, filpping up pocket 77. The good news was he was facing Mr. Otis' pocket 88 ( if I recall correctly). The bad news was the guy hit his set on the flop and Mr. O was out at number 22. An impressive run nonetheless.
Have. To. Get. To. Vegas.
