It started this morning. It hung with me all day - right above my right eye and behind the socket. By evening it was taking over. A killer sinus headache. I ignored it - I've played tourneys in less than optimum health and, oddly done really well, so I thought I could get through this one.
At my table was (I'll link up later - I know Bill & tp, if the others are bloggers let me know):

First hand I get pocket KK I raise it up after on limper who folds and I take it uncontested. Later I get pocket 66 and I check raise zymmy on the flop who refused to fold..... we check it down after that and then the pot is mine.
Then I commence to fold. And fold. And fold. And fold. It's useless to try to steal blinds - zymmy always defended and rather aggressively. So, if were to raise from the button I had to have some ammunition. I got it on one hand, landed 2nd pair on the flop, bet just shy of the flop after checked to me and got the pot.
Headache is starting to rage now.
Level three I continue folding. Finally, I get a couple of over cards on the button and raise it up, flop is babies. Zymmy, who of course called my raise as I expected, checked. I bet big and get called. I'm left with pittance for chips. The turn is small, headache pounding, tears in my eyes and I say to myself, "I'm through." I threw the rest of my chips in and was called. Zymmye'd paired the 5 on the flop with his/her A-5 in the hole. Loosey goosey. I'm outta there at #92.
I've got Thor pounding his hammer behind my eyeballs. I'm done.
I'll read all about it in the morning. And do me a favor:
