The measure of good business practice isn't necessarily determined by how many mistakes are made but, rather, how those mistakes are handled when made. Pacific Poker snafu'd royally with the WBT IV tourney last eve - it pissed us all off, to be blunt. To their credit, they followed up in short order first with an apology and then with money in all our accounts to back that apology up. To sweeten the deal, they offered to add an additional $500 to the prize pool should we decide to hold the tourney there after all. I don't see how they can do much better than that. Thanks, Pacific. Now if you would just get rid of that annoying honk!
