With the major events of last week taking sad precedence I neglected to mention a couple of other occurences. I got a new computer - a Dell. It's one of the lower end home models, but I got an excellent deal with added dual DVD-RW and CD drives plus a 19" flat screen monitor (that rotates to portrait!). The monitor was what I was after in the first place. It's way cool.
The other event of the week was, well, I had a birthday. For those who care about those things, I turned 53 - yeah, I'm a budding geezer. I prefer to say, though, that I'm 18 with 35 years of experience. I'm an immature 53 year old! So that's the rest of the week that was...!
