I'm in a funk. I have stalled and on the verge of a nose dive. Playing online is becoming frustrating as more and more bad players open accounts and people the tables. It seems that event the higher stakes tables are not invulnerable to a few fish swimming in and spiking miracle cards on the river after calling numerous raises, with the pot odds totally against them and with a hand full of trash.
Now I can hear the hew and cry from those out there who feel this is a good thing - more dead money coming into the games as these fish eventually go belly up. The problem, dear friends, is their money isn't going into my pocket! At least not at the rate I would like it to.
I came back to the tables with (what I thought was) a good attitude and a determination to play at a higher limit in the hopes of getting away from a table full of crappy players. I did for the most part. Played a couple of good sessions in that I didn't lose any of the current bankroll, but, I didn't gain much either.
